Janet published two strategic management books: "You’re NOT The Person I Hired!: A CEO's Survival Guide To Hiring Top Talent (Oct. 2005); and "A Hire Connection: How to Make Your Next Hire Your Best Hire" (Oct. 2007.)

Janet presented hiring workshops for Vistage International, SHRM, PSNI, and Qualcomm. Janet founded the executive retained search firm, A Hire Connection, and was previously a partner at VCA Consulting, and Impact Hiring Solutions.

She possesses a strong finance and accounting background and was previously employed in the investment banking industry.

Janet earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in law and finance from California State Polytechnic University at Pomona.
